That happened to me on some stairs in Germany - the old coccyx has been giving me gyp ever since.
I slipped downstairs once and cracked my coccyx. It hurt like hell for about 6 months and it made riding the bike somewhat uncomfortable too. The slave, however, thought it was fkn hilarious.
