the Yanks strike again
So the Americans and the Germans think they don't have to pay our congestion charge? Does that mean that our politicians don't have to pay foreign airport taxes or road tolls then?

if you're gonna put down an entire culture, the least you could do is add a bit of meta-data so we know what you would like to say.
I am an American, living in Europe for 11 years and honestly, I hate Germany, but Brits are not far behind with their unusual desire to make things far more complicated than necessary.
Anyway, I would enjoy reading the details of your ranting.

Thanks for your comment Julian. I'm not putting down an entire culture, it just happens that the Americans and Germans were mentioned in the news report, that's all. I believe that if you choose to visit or live in any country, you should obey the rules of that land, and I do agree that bureaucracy has gone mad in the UK.
